Has anyone else noticed this? Bug with Adsense maybe?
Google Finishing AdSense Referrals
Submitted by Mark on Tue, 07/01/2008 - 15:13I received an e-mail today from Adsense letting me know that they are stopping their AdSense Referrals Program in the last week of August.
Main chunk of the e-mail:
Google Affiliate Network: As part of the integration of
DoubleClick, the DoubleClick Performics Affiliate Network will now
operate as the Google Affiliate Network for advertisers targeting
users located in the United States. Similar to the AdSense

Ready Made Adsense Sites
Submitted by Mark on Sun, 06/15/2008 - 16:24I just got a question in my inbox from Stephen, and he was asking about ready made Adsense sites you can download off the net.
Firstly for those who don't know, these ready made Adsense sites are site templates you can download, and they are packed with articles and Adsense ad's positioned and set up for you, all you have to do is insert your Google Adsense publisher ID, upload to your server and away you go. Sounds simple and rewarding right? I'm afraid not!
Clicking Your Own Adsens Ad's
Submitted by Mark on Sat, 05/31/2008 - 09:37I Received and e-mail this morning from James regarding Adsense click fraud, (Clicking your own ads'),
The question read:
I recently joined the Adsense program and was looking on the net for some more information regarding revenue etc. And I found a few topics about people being banned from adsense from clicking their own ad's, Is this the case? Personally i think that there could be some circumstances where legit clicks could happen, Such as a topic im interested in on my own site. What's the case on this?
To sum it up in my shortest answer, NEVER click your own ad's,Many people HAVE been kicked from the Adsense program, Google are very strict on clicking your own ad's, Even if it was for a legit cause, Recently they where legally in trouble for click-fraud so they are taking this kind of thing very seriously, If you see an ad on your site and want to follow the link, I'd recommend you take note of the ad name and find the site in the ad using google.
