Andy Henderson dies suddenly

A POPULAR Kilkenny businessman has died suddenly.
Andy Henderson of Cashel Downs in Kilkenny City was a member of a progressive and highly respected local business family.
For years, Mr Henderson was the owner of a Rose Inn Street pub called Andy's Tavern. A brother, Willie, is owner of the Harp Bar in High Street, Kilkenny.
Mr Henderson was one of the old school of Kilkenny publicans. He was a warm and friendly man and was much loved by customers and friends.
Funeral arrangements are not to hand at the time of going to press. Kilkenny Alive will keep readers informed.
