Kilkenny band hits the charts

KIMBERLY, the debut single by Kilkenny's 'River Valley Band' reached a cool number 21 in the Official Irish Charts. The popular single beat other new releases by Madonna, Muse, The Corona’s, Pixie Lott and Paulo Nutini.
The band recently appeared live on RTE 1's 'Today with Pat Kenny' where they made a huge impression on the chat show host. Their new single also impressed the Irish Rugby Union who invited them in to perform in front of 18,000 spectators at a Magners League Leinster game interval at the RDS.
