Will a tunerless dvd/vcr combo work with a dish network sat receiver? Can i record and playback on the vcr and watch dvd's? The box says I will need a separate tuner, does the dish sat system take care of that?

Hi Steve,

Yup this will work no problem, the box for the satellite will act as the tuner, so you just need to run a scart or other connection from the box for the satellite to the DVD/VCR Combo, and this will record then no problem. Most satellite boxes will have two scart ports on the back, one labeled VCR, if yours has this, use that one. If not the single one will do the job perfect still.
